Hi, well, your phone people excellent, however, the part I received was for Europe? UK? anywhere but here in the USA. I called your help desk, they were shocked to hear what I had received as well. Needless to say it is currently on its way back to you. I am still waiting for the credit to show up. I do still need the charger but I don't know when I can order again and then I have to hope the right one is in the box to me. So Kudos to your customer service people, but not to the warehouse people. thanks
