The drive roller goes between the clutch adjusting nut and the wave washer. It is a genuine Ridgid replacement part for use in drain cleaners. This item is made of metal and hard rubber and is available as an individual replacement. If this part becomes broken it will need to be replaced and may require a screwdriver during the installation.
