Dishes not dry. Clean light blinking after 3 cycles. Had to punch in code to continue using even if not dry.

Replaced heating element even though old one ohmed ok because of the amount of work involved to pull out and check. Ordered new element beforehand and replaced hoping it would fix the problem. Invested 45 dollars on element hoping to fix 600 dollar 11 year old dishwasher. Dishes still not dry. Removed 6 torx screws after turning off brea ker to examine control board. Observed a burnt spot on heater relay component. I thought about the 157 dollars for the board, plus the 45 dollars for the heating and decided here at the holidays it was cheaper to fix than buy a new dishwasher. I should have checked the board first since you only have to turn off the power first and remove 6 torx screws then do a visual. Everything like new again.
