Took apart drill head but it could not be repaired, had worn gears so ordered replacement of drill head. Just snapped it in the power head

Removed the existing drill head and snapped the new one in place. This Black & Decker Matrix drill/driver unit uses interchangeable multiple function tools. Easy to fix.

just slid the old one off and slid the new one on. These are interchangeable 20 volt drill accessories.
