This connecting rod is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. The Hitachi part is made for use with several rotary hammer models. The plastic component secures the piston to the crankcase. The connecting rod is sold individually. A screwdriver, hex key and pair of pliers are helpful in making the installation.
