1. Removed the other 2 bolts and the end housing.
2. Drilled out the stud.
3. Attempted to use an Easy-Out.
4. Used Liquid Wrench and let set 24 hrs
5. Heated with a Map gas torch.
6. Removed broken stud with an Easy-Out.
7. Reassembled with new bolt (that had thread sealent).

Drilled a hole in the broken bolt and tried to use an easy out which broke off in the hole. So then I mig welded a nut to the bolt and twisted it out with a 3/4\" wrench. It took 3 tries before I got a strong enough weld to do the trick. If the casting hadn\'t been aluminum the welding trick probably wouldn\'t have worked. Put it all back

Put the disc spring on the bolt first then the spring, apply Loctite 222 on the bolt
Start threading them into the tool holder, alternating screwing them in
