Disassembled the switch handle, then separated it
Made a wiring diagram
Disconnected the old switch
Connected the new switch
Reassembled the handle
Tested - Worked great
Drill was partially disassembled. After testing the electrical cord, and motor windings with brushes, It was determined that the Trigger switch was not functioning. New trigger switch was installed and tested before reassembly. Drill was reassembled and tested again. Then Drill was successfully Field tested immediately after.

Bosch bulldog died. When switch wall pulled and you tapped the machine motor started. I suspected the switch
1. Remove torx screws from handle
2. Remove two torx screw that connect handle to body
3. Carefully separate two handle sides
4. Now you have access to switch
5. Take a picture
6. Carefully pull out switch and remove wires (you will need an eyeglass sized torx for two of the wires)
7. Install new sw

Unfortunately, the switch did not repair my tool, next attempt will be brushes which looks a bit more complicated

Switch had burned out. (Don\'t use a DC generator to power newer power tools. They can\'t take the heat.)
To give a few tips. Don\'t force anything if it won\'t go then try something else. Watch the reverse switch it can two ways, but only one is right. It\'s a easy fix so don\'t think it is that hard.
