This is a genuine part which is supplied directly from Hamilton Beach for deep fryers. The basket, with the handle, is used to deep fry food in the fryer. Simply place the food in the basket and slowly dip the basket in the fryer. To replace and/or install the basket with the handle requires no tools. This part is made of stainless steel and is sold individually.
