This battery pack is an original part sourced directly from Rigid. This item was designed for use with cordless drills and drivers and is an identical replacement for a missing or damaged battery that originally came with a new unit. Over time batteries get weaker and eventually will not be able to provide enough power to operate the tool. Please note a weak or a defective battery can damage the charger. One 12-volt battery pack is included per order.
