Forward work but reverse didn\'t, the actuator was broken
Remove screws from the housing. Remove one half of the housing. Remove the broken actuator and replace it with the new one. Make sure all of the internal parts are in the correct positions. Then screw the housings back together.
To replace forward reverse switch, simply lay the drill on a flat surface, unscrew all the screws gently pull apart, slide out the defective actuator, and replace it with the new one, put back together. Tighten and that\'s it

The lever that switchs between forward and reverse.
1-remove all screws holding side on.
2- take regular screwdriver and carefully pry hidden locators loose to free side that had screws in it.
3- replace the broken slide into the slot making sure that the pin engages into the switch on the trigger.
4- snap the side back together and reinstall the screws.
