I have the M12 electric ratchet wrench in 3/8 and 1/4. Both of these are having same problem of not staying in forward gear while using. They both just slip into neutral. Can you recommend a "kit" or what part numbers would be needed to fix these.

Hello Dale, thank you for your question. We suggest cleaning the Crankshaft 36-17-0305 and especially the Anvil Service Kit 42-06-1030 for 3/8" as well as the Anvil Service Kit 42-06-1006 1/4" . These kits should have minimal lubrication and cleaned of any debris. Good luck with this repair.
