Intermittent power, a sticking trigger, or loss of speed control may indicate a faulty switch and electronics assembly. This module connects the battery to the motor and adjusts power as the trigger is pressed. Before replacing it, inspect the battery contacts, trigger mechanism, motor leads, and wiring for damage or loose connections. Confirm fit with the tools complete model and type number. Remove the battery before opening the housing, record the wire routing, and avoid static damage to the circuit board. Make sure no wires are pinched during reassembly.
