1. Opened the case, saw the problem with the motor - a magnet in it slipped and broke the fins on the motor cooling fan.
2. Ordered the replacement motor.
3. Unsoldered the old motor, noting the position of the motor and wires.
4. Soldered in the new motor and assembled the case
