I separated the 2 piece plastic housing and replaced 3 bearings on 2 gears. It was fairly straightforward however when I tried to put the 2 pieces back together it was challenging aligning all the inner parts and wiring. With a lot of patience lining up and trying different angles the 2 parts snapped in place. I put all the screws in and tightened them down and replaced the guard and metal assembly. It ran great!
