This replacement keyless chuck is a genuine Dewalt part, not an aftermarket imitation. It is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with drills and drivers. It allows user to secure the drill bits. If your bit retention is suffering or the rotation feels stiff a new chuck should fix the problem. Please note, the screw to secure this chuck is sold separately.
