This user control and display board serves as the main interface for an electric cooktop or range, allowing you to adjust burner settings, timers, and temperature controls through the display and touch panel. When this board begins to fail, the display may go blank or dim, stop responding to touch, or show error codes. Replacing a faulty control board can restore normal operation and full control of the cooktop. For safety, power should be turned off at the circuit breaker before installation.
