1. Removed old side plate.
2. Remove 2 spring retainers and 2 spring loaded buttons from old side plate
3. Remove anti reverse spring retainer
4. Install 2 buttons and retainers
5. Install anti reverse spring
6. Insert gear handle post
7. Reassemble
