This is a genuine OEM replacement drag washer for use in a variety of Penn conventional saltwater fishing reels. The washer is composed of a tightly knit carbon fiber material, that will need to be replaced during the lifetime of your reel. Upon replacement, the drag washer on a spinning reel are housed under the drag adjustment knob on top of the spool. The spool and drag knob are sold separately.
