After looking for a reel repair shop for the last year, I gave a look to ereplacement. The exact parts were still available for my grandfathers ABU 5000 vintage 1977. The reel is back casting again and reeling smooth.

Reels weren\'t taking in line properly and were slipping while reeling in fish.
Removed old Spool bearing and pinion gear. Completely cleaned inside reel components and oiled and greased everything and put in new pinion gear and spool bearing. Reels work as good as when they were new now.
