The compressor would not develope pressure

Removed the top cover, sprayed soap on connections to determine where the leak was.
Found the tube that connects to the check valve was leaking. The connector would no longer hold the tube in the check valve.
Ordered a replacement check valve. Screwed the new check valve in place. Reassembled the tube making sure it was prope rly seated in the check valve. Reassembled the compressor and test ran it to make sure it was creating pressure. It operated properly so replaced the top cover.

Loose motor mount caused excessive vibration of line to check valve, internal o-ring failure/leak

Removed compressor motor cover, Inspection.
Found line to check valve not seated, pressed all the way in.
Started removing valve assemble to access check valve, not enough room.
Removed compressor mounting bolts, one bolt not tightened/loose
Disconnected compressor line from head to check valve and valve assembly l ine.
Move compressor motor to access check valve.
Inspected check valve, sealing o-ring worn 1/2 missing
Replaced check valve and reassembled.
