Repair kit not available. Too bad. Replacement manifold worked great! The only thing that was not obvious was that the two screws that mount the manifold to the unit had no receptacle to screw into. Not threaded. Decided to just use the existing screws, they were self-taping (they could have said that with the product) and everything w orked fine. Great company. Will use again.

Unplug compressor. Drain air pressure. Remove 2 screws in mounting bracket. Drop old manifold through mounting face. Cut factory installed supply hose clamp at the manifold hose mount. Remove hose clamp. Remove hose from manifold Hose fitting. May need screwdriver(s) and little wd-40 to slip off. Remove existing Pressure gauge and reseal and install in new manifold. Make sure to tighten to correct position. Use proper wrenchs. Slip new hose clamp onto existing supply hose. Make sure manifold hose fitting is mounted in the same position of old manifold. If not, tighten until same position is achieved. Reattach supply hose and tighten new hose clamp over hose and fitting. Replace manifold in mounting bracket. Pre start or hand thread 2 self tapping mounting screws through bracket and into manifold. Drive or tighten into manifold with power drill and nut driver. Turn regulator screw all the way out to set line pressure to 0. Plug in compressor. Built up supply supply. Run till compressor charges and shuts off. Listen and check for leaks at gauge with soapy spray or leak check. If no leaks adjust regulator knives in until desired line pressure is reached.
Mine installed in less than 10 minutes with no leaks and no problems. This part came ready to mount and included 2 new spring loaded hose couplers installed. I was impressed.
Remember; you must use drill and nut driver or pre thread self tapping screws into new manifold to mount properly and tight.
You will have all new parts needed except 1/2\" hose clamp.

Remove the two screws that hold the manifold to the face plate. Remove the captive ring around the regulator. Remove the air hose. The hardest part about installing the new manifold is reattaching the air hose. I didn\'t have a tool to crimp the hose clamp so I just replaced it with one you use a screwdriver to tighten.

Just removed old regulator manifold assembly and replaced with the new one. Needed to take air supply nipple off old one and put it on new one. The only difference I saw was the original regulator was rated at 135psi. And the replacement was only rated to 125psi. other wise was exact match.

It is pretty simple. Just look at how the original was installed, take a picture with your phone if you have a short memory, and assemble the replacement the same way....
