Removed hose connection at manifold. Loosened compressor mechanism from tank (this was necessary to remove old manifold). Removed old manifold from tank and installed new manifold. Reinstalled compressor mechanism on tank. Reconnected hose to new manifold. Removed pressure relief valve from old manifold and installed on new manifold.

Adjustment knob quit working so no pressure came through hose although tank was pressurized normally.
Just one piece--dials and adjustment knob only come as a whole unit so kind of expensive but easy to replace. The hardest thing was getting the small pipe clamp and hose off without damaging the hose. Instruction manual explains what to do pretty well.
Remove dust cover 2 screws, disconnected air hose at manifold. Removed two Phillips head set screws base of compressor front and back. Slide compressor to side, careful not to damage tank hose.
