This replacement regulator/manifold assembly is specially designed for Porter Cable and Dewalt air compressors. It is a genuine item that is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer. This part plays an important role by letting the user to adjusts the pressure of the air coming from the tank to the desired level. Includes a metal regulator body, two (2) gauges, a brass quick connect fitting and a regulator knob. To complete this repair you will need a set of tools such as: screwdriver, long-nosed pliers, wrenches and heavy-duty wire cutters. • Depressurize the tank • Remove the manifold cover • Remove the pressure hose • Remove the pump assembly from the tank • Remove the manifold • Remove the manifold nipple • Transfer the safety valve • Install the new manifold kit

No pressure transferring from tank side to regulated side - tried adjustment knob but unsuccessful.

Removed hose connection at manifold. Loosened compressor mechanism from tank (this was necessary to remove old manifold). Removed old manifold from tank and installed new manifold. Reinstalled compressor mechanism on tank. Reconnected hose to new manifold. Removed pressure relief valve from old manifold and installed on new manifold. Tested compressor and problem was confirmed resolved.

Adjustment knob quit working so no pressure came through hose although tank was pressurized normally.

Just one piece--dials and adjustment knob only come as a whole unit so kind of expensive but easy to replace. The hardest thing was getting the small pipe clamp and hose off without damaging the hose. Instruction manual explains what to do pretty well.

Maximum pressure 60 psi. regulator broken.

Remove dust cover 2 screws, disconnected air hose at manifold. Removed two Phillips head set screws base of compressor front and back. Slide compressor to side, careful not to damage tank hose. Removed fittings and relief valve. Replaced manifold and installed relief valve from old manifold. Replaced compressor and set screws. Reattach ma nifold hose and dust cover.

1. Watched EReplacementParts video.
2. Removed the compressor from the tank.
3. Disconnected the hose from the compressor to the manifold.
4. Unscrewed the broken manifold assembly.
5. Screwed on the new manifold assembly.
6. Reattached the hose from the compressor to the manifold.

Took three screws out. Removed hose to manifold. moved cover to one side and removed old part and installed new in reverse order

Remove the hoses
Remove and replace the manifold
Install the hoses and the cover
