Viewed the repair video but critical information was omitted. The video did not include that fastener required a Torx T10 driver to remove the screw holding the gauge shroud to the manifold. Note: the driver must be greater than 3 inches to reach the screw head.

It would have helped to include the screw head drive information both in the video and in the part description!
Apparently the existing screw had been overtightened during factory assembly causing the rubber washer (much like an o-ring) to be damaged. The rubber washer was displaced by the overtightening causing it to interfere with access to the screw head. I used a dental pick to remove the rubber washer to allow access to the screw head with Torx T10 driver
Removed the gauge shroud and removed the leaking airline coupler (male - 1/4 inch pipe) with an adjustable wrench.
Wrapped the replacement airline coupler threads with thread sealing tape and installed it on the manifold being careful not to overtighten.
Pressurized the compressor and turned off the power. I connected an air hose to the coupler and using soapy-water I checked for leaks.
I noted the pressure gauge reading and came back 30 minutes later to verify that the pressure reading on the gauge had not dropped and I retested the coupler installation with soapy water. No leaks were detected.
With the repair completed I shut down the compressor according to the manufacturers instructions.
