This is an Authentic Manufacturer Sourced replacement part used on Air Compressors. The gauge registers pressure readings and allows you to maintain needed pressure. This Gauge is Sold Individually. You would need a Wrench to secure this Gauge to the Manifold. When replacing this item make sure to unplug the air compressor and bleed out air from the tank.

Simply removed the broken base of the guage from the compressor, and replaced with new pressure guage.

Regulator was not able to adjust outbound pressure

Remove to motor from the tank. 2 Phillips head screws.
Remove gauges, connector and safety valve from old manifold
Remove old manifold and hose
Install new manifold and regulator then attach hose
(Had to purchase new hose clamp)
Reinstalled gauges, connector and safety valve

Broken regulator and gauge

Loosen compressor motor and removed from tank, removed broken regulator and one good gauge. Installed new nipple then new regulator and gauges, turned compressor on checked for leaks none found.

1. Used wrench to remove brown gauges
2. Wrapped Teflon tape on threads of replacement gauges
3. Used wrench to install replacement gauges
4. Turned compressor on the check operation of new gauges.

Made sure there was no air in tank. I used pressure relief valve to drain off any remaining air
Removed old gauge with wrench.
Installed new gauge.
Ran compressor to build up air.
Shut compressor off and checked air pressure..
Checked air pressure after 10 minutes.
Air pressure had not dropped. Therefo re no leaks..
Repair took less than 15 minutes

Low output pressure from 15 year old Porter-Cable compressor & broken gauge/

1. Installed new gauges, output adapter, and pressure release on the new regulator.
2. Disconnected hose from compressor to the old regulator.
3. Removed compressor from tank to allow clearance to remove the old regulator.
4. Removed the old regulator from the tank
5. Installed new the regulator on the tank
6 . Reinstalled the compressor on the tank
7. Connected the hose from the compressor to the new regulator.

broken pressure gauge

1. released all air pressure from storage tank of compressor
2. removed old guage using a small crescent wrench
3. wrapped threads of new gauge with teflon tape
4. installed new gauge and hand tightened, snug another turn with wrench. Dont over tighten as its plastic and you could strip it.
