This genuine item is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Makita compressors. An adjustable wrench may be necessary during the installation of this part. It is made of metal and will need to be replaced if it becomes broken.

Removed the compressor assembly from the frame to get shroud off.
Removed the air pipe from the head.
Removed the head.
Removed the worn valve seat
Installed the new valve seat
Then reassembled in reverse order
