1. Remove cylinder head.
2. Remove remains of discharge valve.
3. Replace both discharge valves complete.
4. Pull cylinder block.
5. See that one piston damaged beyond repair, order new one with ring set.
6. Install new ring set on new piston with ring installation tool.

8. Clean inside of crankcase. Lube all parts for reassembly.
9. Borrow piston ring compressor from local auto parts shop.
10. This is key to a compressor piston install: Start both pistons into the bottom of the cylinder block while it is upside down on the bench, then have a helper hold the block as you install the wrist pins through the connecting rods. Leave the clips or plugs in the inboard side of the pistons so you don\'t have to try to slip them in between, the wrist pins are inserted from the outboard side. Install the retaining clips or plugs on the outboard side of the piston wrist pins then slide the jugs down to mate with the crankcase.
11. Put everything else together and torque \'em down.
12. Fill with COMPRESSOR oil (different from motor oil).
13. Enjoy!
