1. Let all the pressure out of the tank.
2. You will need to remove the plastic housing over the motor. (Some models may not require this)
3. Take off all the fittings from the manifold ( gauges, pressure relief)
4. Take off old manifold.
5. Use new thread tape or the paste.
Re assemble the manifold.
6. You will need to have a new hose clamp for the air line in to the manifold!
7. Replace the manifold and the plastic housing and you are ready to go.

I had to loosen up the plastic cover on fan motor because there was not enough room to turn the old gauge and its parts which only took a few minutes.
The new part worked great, and it was easy to install.
