Somehow I lost the dipstick, I was using compressor to texture some drywall repairs and came to find oil all over the concrete where the dip stick use to be.

The old dipstick was broken

First I had to drain and remove the case cover to retrieve the broken section of the dipstick. Then I cleaned and replaced the cover before proceeding to filling the compressor with new oil and installing the new dipstick.
