Nutdriver, Screw drivers, Socket set, Wrench (Adjustable), Wrench set
Parts Used:
CAC-294, CAC-1013, 5140118-37, 265-6, 265-17, KK-4275
removed belt guard
removed head bolts, stud, and supply tube
removed head, plate assembly, and gaskets
removed intake flapper valves, flapper valves corner bevel, restrictor plates, cleaned head and plate assembly
installed new with new screws
reinstalled head, plate assembly, and new gaskets and torqued to p roper Ft. lbs.
installed the new felt filter
installed the new screw hold down bolt
adjusted belt tension and reinstalled belt guard
tested and left in service
