Product Description

This kit has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with air compressors from Porter Cable, DeVilbiss, and Delta. Overtime gaskets can become worn and may need to be replaced. It is recommended to apply new gaskets when servicing the compressor to ensure the parts are properly sealed when they are reassembled. This kit is sold complete, including all the items that are photographed.

Remove the air cleaner,the intercooler and the outlet tube. Remove the pump head. Then remove the gaskets , keep them in order as you remove them. Clean the surfaces of the head and cylinder block. Leaking air while running

Removed head assembly of the compressor pump
Cleaned off old gaskets.
Installed new gaskets
Replaced head and bolted down
Torqued bolts.
Stated up and ran until warmed up
Re-torqued bolts
Complete and successful

Remove inter cooler line,belt guard,recirculating air line. Remove cylinder head. Remove gaskets. Clean parts, install new gaskets reassemble. About 45 minute job
