Pressure switch damaged

My pressure switch was damaged due to something falling onto it from 8\' above.
1. Remove cord from outlet
2. Remove cord from pressure switch
3. Remove internal wires from pressure switch
Note: My gauge port assembly was still intact so I removed the 4 screws that held it onto the old switch and put it on the new switch.
4. Steps 3,2, and 1 in reverse, onto the new switch

Upper limit switch failure

1. Release tank pressure.
2. Remove old switch bix.
3. Install new switch box.
4. Turn on and watch pressure guage to assure motor shut off at 135psi, which it did.

The pressure valve had condensation that froze and it cracked the assembly

-Remove the gauge, pressure relief valve, the quick disconnect.
-Clean all threads and apply thread tape.
-Remove the wiring from old switch.
-unscrew valve base from compressor tank.
- clean threads and apply thread tape.
-screw new valve in to tank.
-reinstall gauge, pressure relief, quick disconnect and regulator.
- re connect wires to proper terminals and check with vom.
Plug in and test.
Real easy!

Pressure switch not working

I removed all of the parts that are not included with the new pressure switch. Then I removed the cover and made a wiring diagram. Then removed the failed switch and installed the new one. Hooked up the wires, and then the external parts to the switch. Now my compressor runs like new
