Removed the leads from the old capacitor and screwed it off of the compressor. I screwed the new capacitor onto the compressor and hooked up the leads. It works like new now.
Remove the plastic cover from the compressor tank. Use a wrench to loosen the nut holding the capacitor. Disconnect two wires from capacitor. One black, one white. I don\'t believe it matters how you reconnect the wires after installing the new capacitor. Plug in compressor after reinstalling plastic cover on tank. Compressor starte
