This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement part which is specially designed for use with Campbell Hausfeld air compressors. The o-ring provides an air-tight seal between connected parts, please refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this hardware. Over time the material may wear out and begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement, keep in mind this high-quality rubber o-ring is sold individually.
1. Removed head and valve plate.
2. Inspected parts.
3. Ordered new parts.
4. Cleaned old gasket off the cylinder.
5. Received new parts.
6. Installed new head/valve assembly, light oil on an o-ring seal.
