I had broken off the pressure regulator by bumping it into some staging.

1. Remove broken pressure regulator with pair of channel lock pliers.
2. Applied Teflon tape to screw threads on my pressure regulator.
3. Screwed on new pressure regulator and tightened by hand and wrench.
4. I replaced the hose connection fitting with a new one (not supplied with this order), but did not have to. My ol d one was slightly dented.
5. Tested my brad nailer on piece of scrap wood to check depth of penetration. It was fine. No adjustment to pressure regulator needed.

1. Disconnect power from pressure switch
2. Removed old pressure switch, regulator and gauges
3. Cleaned pipe threads and applied Teflon tape
4. Installed new pressure switch and gauges
5. Reconnect power

Removed the stripped pressure regulator and replaced the new one. Turned on the regulator and adjusted the pressure with the new Pressure Regulator.
