?This replacement manifold is specially designed for use on air compressors. It is a genuine OEM sourced item that is sold individually. The purpose of this part is to adjusts the pressure of the air coming from the tank to the desired level. This item includes a metal manifold, quick connect fitting and a plastic regulator knob. Make sure to unplug the air compressor release all the air from the tank before installing this part.

Air leaking from regulator.

Remove the 2 phillips head retaining screws under the plastic housing, and slide the housing out of the way.
this will allow clearance for the manifold to be un threaded from the press. tank.
Disconnect the press. relief hose from the manifold before removing. Replace clamp with a mi ... Read more niature adjustable clamp.
Remove the press. gauges, release ring and reinstall on new manifold after cleaning threads. and
applying thread. sealer.
Reattach the manifold, press. relief hose and housing.
Good To Go!

3. Unscrewed manifold assembly and gauges
4. Used pipe tape on all fittings
5. Re installed gauges and manifold assembly
6. Re installed compressor onto tank
7. Re connected all hose
8. Run unit, test for leaks and adjust press

Disconnected airline to regulator.
Removed two Phillips screws holding compressor in place.
Slid compressor off of tank.
Removed regulator from tank.
Removed blow off valve and gauges from manifold.
Reversed for install.
