No repair needed, but i was gratified that eReplacementparts could replace the broken brew basket. Coffee maker Oster did not have a replacement for me and the service person there gave me a part number and contact information for eReplacementparts.
Happy with the service from both Oster and eReplacementparts.

My filter basket was broken so the coffee would not drip into the pot.
Removed old broken Brew basket and discolored filter. Rinsed off new replacement brew basket and filter. Place in coffee maker. It was simple and easy. So glad we ordered the new brew basket.
