1. Removed bottom cover.
2. Removed plastic case holding the circuit board.
3. Removed circuit board from plastic holder.
4. Transferred the connectors from the old circuit board to the new board.
5. Unsoldered the new wire from the new circuit board. Unsoldered the old wire from the old circuit board and soldered

6. Installed the new circuit board in the plastic holder and installed that assembly in the coffee maker.
7.Reinstalled the bottom cover.

KT406 Krupp coffee maker will not brew, turns off after brew button pushed in about 10 secs
First love the design of this unit aesthetically, but its broken down a couple of times and had a drip problem when pouring. Here are the fixes:
1) Drip problem. Break the little plastic tab on the removable top. Will stop it in a heartbeat.
