1. Undo screws from the bottom of the coffeemaker, some of them are under plastic caps. Note, one screw is tricky, triangle hole in the head. You need to find some tool that can fit. For me it was a small drill bit that could go to the screw head without slipping.

3. Find and undo display board mount screws.
4. Pull display board out slowly until wires and sockets are reachable.
5. Unplug all wires that are connected with sockets on the board.
6. Pull out disconnected board and install a new one on its place.
7. Connect wires back and completely slide the board to its position
8. Put screws back for the board mount and coffeemaker base.
