The part had to be backordered but it arrived in less than a month. The price was right, the repair fairly easy and my Krups xp2010 is back in service. I will be back for parts to fix my toaster oven!

... Read moret arrived, I was VERY glad I had taken photos as I dismantled the machine. That simple step really saved me a lot of time and made the repair process much easier. I highly recommend it. Also, I put the parts for various steps into different containers so I knew which screws went in the back and which in the bottom, etc.
I love that this machine was made to be repaired and that I could get the parts from this company. It was also great that I could get the schematics for free. This coffee maker retailed at $300. I bought it with parts missing at a thrift store for $18. I got the missing parts for $20 and it worked for a decade. Now I have put another $20 into it. Love. Love. Love.
Special instructions: Learn how to use a multimeter. Take photos as you disassemble. You won\'t remember. Get the schematics so you order the correct part. Store the parts carefully and make notes or mark the parts as you go.
