Removed Joint Element
Cut off old clamp
Installed new joint element
Crimped new clamp
Reinstalled joint element
Reinstalled front panel
Researched on YouTube for various repair schemes. The range of repair tutorials was impressive. Once I identified and reviewed the relevant repair I undertook the job. Reasonably straight forward. The retaining clip on the hose needed special attention.
Open front body cover, by removing some screws.
Replace the Joining Element-Knee with the new one.
Connect the pipe.
Close the front and upper coffee maker with the screws.
