Remove all the trays, water tank, standard stuff that comes off easily.
The hardest part was to remove the cover to get to the grinder.
There are six allen Head screws in the top (three under front metal grille, one holding the guard over the grinder, one under the grind selector. and one under the the removable grinder hoppe r) Lift the front of the cover carefully and work the back portion off.The front cane be carefully removed by pulling forward from the top. Be carefully as you will have to release the mid from by using a flat screw driver to release the tabs. Then unscrew from the front and bottom front. Unplug the wires connecting the front display to the electronic board on the left side of the unit. Remove the screws under the water tank. Now carefully pull the sides and back off the unit.
The grinder and electronics connections are now all accessible.Replace the grinder plug it in and reassemble.

The most difficult part was taking apart the Coffee maker housing. Watching a YouTube video to see how to take the housing apart is the best route to go. Replacing the coffee mill itself is very easy. Saved a couple hundred dollars by not having the repair shop do this for me. Good luck!
