No water level gauge

Tools:
Wrench (Adjustable)
Parts Used:

My 60 cup coffee urn did not have a water lever gauge and I wanted to add one by ordering ôreplacement partsö I was able to switch out the original spout with the new assembly I ordered and the water gauge. The new spout is designed with a push bar similar to a self serve soda fountain so you can fill you cup one handed just by pressing a gainst the lever.
Using an adjustable wrench I unscrewed the nut inside my coffee urn and removed the original spout assembly. Then I assembled the new spout with the gauge tube and attached it to the urn using the same method as removing it. I couldnÆt get it tight enough so my husband did that part. ItÆs so much nicer to know the hot liquid level at a glance now and I donÆt have to remove the lid and filter basket (which can be very hot) to see inside.
