Issues with the carafe
We have been using the same style coffee maker for several years. The glass is somewhat easy to break. We have ordered several from your company. Try to keep an extra in the pantry in case of us breaking it. The last two that we ordered the lower ban around the outside of the carafe over time has came loose. As soon as we saw this I called to report it however, it was beyond the 45 days to have it replaced. This happens pass the 45 days. I ordered another one concerned that the ban would come off and burn someone. The one that was received only after a few days starting coming loose. I immediately called and you did replace that one. Maybe you should check with the company that are making these, apparently there is a production problem. I have ordered other parts from you and are very satisfied with them. Hopefully this last one that we got will not give us problems.
