1. Remove side and back panels from enclosure (6 screws)
2. On pulse pump assembly, at the top of the valve, find and remove the spring clip retainer securing ptfe tube to valve. Use long-nose pliers to grip and pull spring clip from the retainer holes. Remove the ptfe tube from the pump valve,

... Read morell red o-ring from inside the valve socket and examine condition. Replace if needed. If the o-ring is not visibly damaged but simply \"loose\" when installed on the ptfe tube, just set it aside for re-installation later.. * BUT DON\'T LOSE THIS! *
3. On the steam generator, locate the heat protective tubing covering the ptfe tube, slide tube away from the generator to expose the ptfe tube end and spring retainer. Using a pair of long-nose pliers, remove the spring clip from retainer, and pull the ptfe tubing from the steam generator .
NOTE: Carefully remove the red o-ring from inside the recessed socket in the steam generator. Install this o-ring over one end of the new ptfe tube.
3.Install the new ptfe tube with o-ring installed, into steam generator receptacle, pressing securely to assure \'seat\'. Re-install spring clip in its retainer holes. Slide the heat protective tubing back over the ptf tube connection.
4. Install the o-ring removed earlier to the end of the ptfe tube, and carefully insert the tube and o-ring into the pump valve receptacle. Re-install the spring clip in its retainer holes.
5. Test operation and reassemble sides and back.
