I just screwed in the new one on. Works and fits perfectly. This was for an espresso machine I had purchased more than 20 years ago and was thrilled to find replacement parts still available. I had been making espresso and then heating up the milk in the microwave.

... Read moret try. Lots of froth, nice tight foam. Now I can make real lattes and cappuccinos right here at home. No comparison to microwaving the milk. I also use the frother for making hot chocolate.
Opened up top section of espresso machine.
Unscrewed internal section in frothed tube area.
Took out broken tube. Replaced new tube.
Put it all back together
