This is an authentic DeLonghi replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer for use with espresso coffee makers. The plastic plate connects to the body of the machine and is used to cover and provide access to the water tank. The cover has pegs that snap into place, so tools are not required to install this part. The cover is available as an individual replacement part.
