Wrong Language
After some time (weeks) the power board arrived. All seemed fine until it was installed and I discovered it is Italian only. Now I am unable to contact anyone on the phone due to cover 19. So more time waiting. It is hard for me to understand how DeLonghi could send a power board to the USA thinking it should only work in Italian. So this review gets only 1 star.

After removing the screws from the rear of the machine, the side slide down and toward the rear. They are easily removed. The board is located on the right side, from the rear.
