Ordered two parts for espresso machine
Four months later only one part came in. Called 4 times asking what's up. They said COVID slowed shipping. By 4 months? Then one part came in. They wouldn't ship until other part arrived. I asked if they would ship me the one that came in, yes, but we'll charge you additional shipping when other comes in. Again, I ask to cancel the one that hasn't arrived. They said they had to cancel the whole order if I cancel. Call back again, ask same things, this rep said we can just cancel the one part. Some orders we can't but this one we can. Finally, I got half my order. Try looking elsewhere for your parts.
