Backorder issue turn into disaster
Ordered four parts that were on back order for months and then got an email they came in but they wanted confirmation that I still wanted the order, I replied yes. They then canceled my order and refunded me for 1 part out of 4. They will not answer the phone to address. Still needing the part considering they have the parts in now, proceeded to reorder for more charges. I received the parts now but am still our the money for 3 of 4 parts as the first order was not completely refunded. My experience with this company = Complete and utter disaster.
