Adjustment detail was not in manual, I stripped lever starred spline trying to thigten, these parts repaired saw. After I figured how adjustment worked:
1) Remove ring clamp, take off stripped lever
2) Use wrench to remove adjusting nut
3) Replace nut and adjust position for desist tension
